Chi volesse protestare con me ed è supporter può mettere il seguente comunicato stampa (è scritto coi piedi, ma fa molto Subcomandante Marcos :asd: )


Protest !

It would be honest to refund with an extension of the supporter period (1 symbolic day free) every time the supporters in a specific nation loose the ability to follow the match (the top moment of the week) because there are problems with the server.

Supporters fees should be used to enpower the servers so that the whole community may benefit of them.
When a service doesn't work, it would be a good rule of civilitazion to refund paying customers.

Bad Saturday - Update
Further analisys have demostrated that the worm was pushed into the main database on purpose by the Italian user.
The user has been asked to refund 1-day of supporter fellowship to ALL the HT community affected by the problem.

Every HT user willing to be refunded must send an HT-mail to Letstat with all the relevant info to wire the money.

To extend Supporter periods as compensation is something we´ve done in the past, and we may do so in the future. It´s something i think works as a general gesture of compensation, but it would not work as a "penny per minute" payback, since that would be too cumbersome administratively and also it would send the signal that Supporters pay for access to hattrick, which in fact they don´t.

As for Supporters having their own servers: I don´t think it´s a good idea. It would only create an imbalanced system in the long run and we would in reality create a "pay version" for Hattrick that would run smoother than the usual one. I don´t want Hattrick to end up there. It´s a free game like we have always said and Supporter should remain an option.

Yesterday Supporters had a discomfort, not the Extralives. But Extralives without supporters go out of business.

We love hattrick and we love Extralives, but we ask more respect: if we had a discomfort we expect a symbolic action of good will, a symbolic discomfort to Extralives too.

This is my humle opinion.

Yes, it´s a job, and yes that involves seriousness and respect for customers. While I agree that we can handle these situations towards users - be that by information or compensation, or by other means. But the catch is that I´m also pretty sure that what everyone REALLY wants more than anyone else is that the problems if fixed, not an extra day or two of Supporter. And that is exactly the priority we are making. We always put actual problemsolving over cosmetic gestures, and every call for us to do otherwise will probably succeed over time, giving us less focus on solving causes and more on treating symptoms.

I am saying this not to disagree with you, because either way we must do better, in both areas, and as this is not a zero sum game, that can be achieved. It´s just an observation I am making, that sometimes you should be careful what you wish for. In many ways we are not a traditional company, but I´m not sure being a very traditional company would be so good for Hattrick after all. There are quite a few of them traditional companies around that aren´t handling customers very well either, no matter how much money they are making.

Allungare il periodo si supporting come compensazione è qualcosa che abbiamo fatto nel passato, e che forse faremo in futuro. E qualcosa che funziona come un generale gestione delle compensazioni, ma non deve funzionare come un ridare tot "soldi" per minuto perso, primo perchè dovremmo tenere conto di una cosa enorme amministrativamente, e poi si darebbe l'impressione che i supporte paghino per l'accesso ad Hattrick cosa che invece non è vera.

Stesso concetto per il ragionamento che i supporters abbiano i loro propri servers : Non credo che sia una buona idea. Questo creerebbe solo un sistema sbilanciato sul lungo periodo e creeremmo in realtà una versione pagante del gioco, che non sarebbe accattivante come quella attuale.
Non voglio che hattrick finisca in quel modo.
E' un gioco gratis, come abbiamo sempre detto e diventare Supporter è solo una scelta.

Ma infatti me le ha fatte girare sul serio.
Se un operaio si comporta nel lavoro con la stessa serietà loro dopo una settimana lo mandano via. Questi fanno il lavoro più bello del mondo, sono milionari a 30 anni e ogni settimana c'è un problema al regolamento, un bug, un crash.

Non dico che sia facile gestire hattrick, ma almento bisognerebbe dimostrare rispetto verso chi ti permette di condurre la vita che fai.

Guarda caso è d'accordo in tutto tranne quando gli tocchi il vil denaro.

Comunque io quello che gli dovevo dire l'ho detto, ora non credo di intervenire più in quel thread a meno che non mi chiama in causa qualcuno

cmq, vorrei dire una cosuccia a lestat del quale rispetto l'opinione.
non ricordo chi diceva che gli ht sono 30n milionari e chi altri invece affermava che a chi ha pareri "reazionari" non viene tappata la bocca.
ecco vorrei soffermarmi su questi punti e vi porto un termine di paragone:
OGAME
i developer di ogame pure si stanno facendo dei bei soldini, il campo in cui operano è praticamente lo stesso degli HT, c'è però una piccola differenza li...
che quando hai una qualsiasi critica ti trattano a pesci in faccia, ti chiudono o addirittura cancellano i post, ti bannano addirittura, sia che tu paghi o non.
ed è inoltre evidente che il loro fine è semplicemente il lucro visto la politica degli universi "usa e getta" ( i giocatori di ogame mi capiranno..)
su HT una volta registrato giochi a tuo piacimento, non hai banner, banner che a volte celano VIRUS!!!
ecco, già per queste differenze gli HT sono da rispettare e onorare, secondo me eh..
