HFA has decided to allow youth players who turn 19 to stay in the Youth Academy for as long as the manager wants them to, but they will not be allowed to play any matches for their youth team.

- We just hadn't heart to kick these youngsters out on the street with no place to live at their 19th birthday. It's Christmas soon after all...

quindi rimangono nelle giovanili, ma non giocano non si allenano e non crescono. ....

beh, potrebbe essere utile se devi promuovere qualcuno in prima squadra per allenarlo ma non hai lo slot libero...

Quindi un risparmio di stipendio... perchè alla fine non giocare nella giovanile o in prima squadra poco cambia :p

la vedo molto strana e ingarbugliata la cosa, per me e' un rattoppo in attesa di modifiche che altrimenti non si sarebbe potuto compiere :|
