Al momento alleno ATTACCO, lo stadio è di 35000 posti (prossimo all'ampliamento ad almeno 40000)
Prossimo obiettivo in VI è quello di non retrocedere. Cosa devo ritoccare?
Posso continuare in VI col 2-5-3 TA? Ho i miei dubbi...e qui scatta il dubbio più grande...passo al 3-4-3? Cambio allenamento?

Secondo me è ora che lasci perdere il TA e ti fai una rosa più equilibrata, che ti permetta di passare dal 2-5-3 TA (che ogni tanto va pure bene) al 4-3-3 CA (per quelle partite impestate in cui sei sotto a CC)
Il FT da convertire ce l'hai (Etterlin), pensa a comprarne un altro per il futuro (magari buono in carisma).
Che budget hai attualmente?

Io voto per l'imprevedibilità: 3-4-3, 2-5-3 e 4-3-3... così facendo, anche se fossi meno forte degli altri riusciresti ad avere qualcosa in più...
Per farti capire, seppure giochi quasi sempre con il classico 3-5-2, tengo in routine il 4-4-2, il 3-4-3, il 4-5-1 e il 2-5-3... t'ho detto tutto...

E la parola d'ordine è sicuramente: RIVOLUZIONE!
Sennò col cacchio che riesci a creare sto progetto...
Vendi subito e ricompra tra due settimane!

Ho considerato parate o difesa proprio per il fatto che secondo me sono gli allenamenti meno dispendiosi per costruirsi un parco allenandi.

Parate richiede un portiere già forte che possa fare il titolare, penso almeno splendido (2Kk o poco meno) ed un portiere anche buono o acc che abbia però un pò di difesa e cp, direi almeno accettabile. Il livello del portiere titolare dovresti anche considerarlo in proporzione alla forza dei tuoi difensori, mentre per il secondo nella prima metà di stagione è fruttoso anche lo Skill trading.
Economicamente è fattibile ma poi hai il problema di sistemare il resto della squadra e se hai intenzione di costruire un progetto non puoi certo comprare 32enni ma devi pensare ai 27/28 massimo 29enni, e questi ovviamente costano. Direi come minimo 6/8 milioni per comprare magari uno o due pezzi a reparto da integrare con i tuoi vecchi.
Il vero vantaggio di allenare parate secondo me sta nella libertà tattica, puoi fare quello che vuoi.

Per quello che riguarda difesa, la libertà tattica non è certo un suo pregio, anche se un buon compromesso mi sembra usare il 5-4-1 il martedi ed il 4-4-2, 4-3-3 o anche qualcos'altro rinunciando a qualche slot in campionato.
Gli allenandi non costano troppo potresti comprare almeno 2 Fuoriclasse o magnifici con un pò di passaggi o cross magari (3 milioni entrambi), ed affiancarli a un paio di straordinari (500 a testa). Altro allenando sarebbe il portiere (2 milioni) che il martedì potrebbe giocare in difesa. Ovviamente trovati i titolari gli allenandi potrebbero avere anche skill molto più basse.
Il problema qui sarebbe il resto della squadra e gli attaccanti da comprare. Almeno un'ala forte(almeno splendido/splendido cross/regia o magari meglio) e due attaccanti da un milionicino a testa. Quindi in conclusione direi 5 milioni difesa + portiere e tra i 3 e 5 milioni per il resto.
Il vantaggio di difesa secondo me sta nel fatto che giocando in campionato con moduli minimo a 4 difensori i tuoi valori lieviteranno. Ti faccio un esempio: terz fuoriclasse 2 dc splendidi terz sovra e portiere straordinario/acc parate/difesa mi fanno fare dei valori di Straordinario per i lati e splendido al centro. Considera che per iniziare la stagione puoi pensare anche a dei livelli più bassi ma non sotto eccellente penso.
Certo che la costruzione di tutto il resto della squadra non è affare semplice.

In ogni caso penso che dovresti analizzare per bene ogni tuo giocatore e considerare tattiche e moduli che potrebbero valorizzarli e solo dopo aver capito che strada intraprendere comprare dei nuovi giocatori che si integrino con i vecchi.

P.s. è vero che ho denigrato i tuoi vecchiacci ma tra i vecchiacci forti ed i giovani scarsi preferisco sempre i primi. Inoltre ci tengo a ribadire che tutte le valutazioni che ho fatto sono molto approssimative pur basandosi sulla mia esperienza di gioco.

Semplicemente è ora che vari un po' moduli e tattiche... col 2-5-3 puoi giocare TA, normal, AIM e volendo anche AOW, poi c'è il 3-4-3 asimmetrico e simmetrico, per finire col 4-3-3 che si utilizza perlopiù col CA.
Finora hai giocato praticamente sempre 2-5-3 TA, è giunto il momento di essere un po' più imprevedibili! :sisi:

Portiere il più forte che puoi (questo è quello, che, imho, ti darà più problemi, perchè la cassa è quello che è..). Secondo me dovresti puntare a un magnifico/debole parate/difesa, se riesci..

Difensori: 3 difensori, quello che viene, viene. Cioè, :esd: io un pò li ho sempre trascurati. Sto in V con un 12 e un 11..
Anche giocando sempre con due difensori sei imprevedibile, puoi coprirti centro + lato (un dc e un terzino TM, e l'avversario non sa quale lato), mettere due DC e coprire il centro, mettere due DC esterni ed equilibrare le valutazioni.. Non è poco..
Uno dei due che giocano, di solito, fa il tiratore :sisi:

Centrocampo: 4 CC più o meno allo stesso livello, un'ala bilanciata, un'ala con più cross che regia. Un ala ''scarsa'' come riserva.
Hai bisogno di tanto possesso e poco attacco sulle fasce? Metti i 4 CC (uno come ala TM) e l'ala bilanciata.
Vuoi attaccare al centro e su due lati? Puoi comunque mettere tutte e due le ali offensive.
Attacco al centro + lato e comunque buon possesso? Un'ala offensiva e una TM, e anche qui l'avversario non sa da che lato coprirsi.

Le punte le ho sempre messe tutte normal :sisi:

Ora, guardando la tua rosa:

Il portiere ovviamente va comprato.

In difesa, per motivi economici, non fa schifissimo giocare con il 14 come terzino TM e tiratore.
Anche il 13, con la fedeltà, può benissimo fare il ''terzo'' difensore, ossia la riserva.
Comprerei un DC bello robusto (monoskill 11 29-30 enne, magar CdT)

Venderei il 2 (monoskill) e il 6 (il tiratore sta in difesa e con lui ci fai cassa per quello che puoi, IMHO)

Mi piace come ala TM il giocatore 8.
Dall'altro lato dovresti comprarne una simile alla 7, ma in vita come età, forma e resistenza :sisi:

A questo punto hai 5 CC puri: 3, 4, 5, 16, 18. Io ne venderei uno, per fare cassa. Valuta tu i rapporti età/prezzo con il CT :)

Anche in attacco, le punte sono molto molto equilibrate.
Personalmente venderei allo scatto (o anche subito se è appena scattato) il 20. Assenza di secondarie e specialità. E sono altri soldi che entrano.

9, 10, 11, 19 e 21 van tutti bene, ma sono troppi per la tua situazione economica!
IMHO, ne venderei uno. A tua scelta, quello che ci guadagni meglio, quello appena scattato, quello che vuoi insomma ^^

Ipotizziamo che vendendo due punte ricavi 100.
25 li spendi per un 17enne da allenare
25 per un altro 17 da allenare
50 fa cassa per il portiere :sisi:

Aggiungo: hai il carismatico, lo usi bene e sei a posto.
Io, sia alla mia prima stagione in sesta che alla mia prima stagione in quinta, non mi sono fatto problemi a giocare PIC 5 trasferte su 8 dandole per perse (e perdendole), per poi costruire la salvezza giocando normal in casa quasi sempre.
