Per ottenere una risposta, il minimo sindacale è:
- mettere i giocatori in ordine di ruolo, ben divisi tra un ruolo e l'altro
- togliere i nomi e mettere numeri o lettere al loro posto (per regolamento del forum)
- dire cosa alleni, che già sento puzza di bruciato vedendo che moduli tieni a routine (che poi, scrivili tutti come nell'altro post!)
quindi edita il post iniziale, oppure ricopia il tutto, e aspetta pazientemente :)

i fisioterapisti potrebbero bastarne 2
il medico se nn hai infortunati nn ti serve a nulla (e comunque cn 1 medico ci fai ben poco)
ed infine alzerei a 5 i psicologi

in sesta l'allenatore deve avere carisma.

alleni parate e hai un 19 scarsetto per la serie in cui militi e un portiere 32enne, vendilo subito. allenando parate uno slot lo devi utilizzare per fare st.

un pò troppo monoskill i tuoi difensori. venderei sicuramente D4 (non mi piacciono i difensori imprevedibili) e d20 che non ti serve a niente.

hai un casino di centrocampisti e una sola ala...

gli attaccanti tutti senza specialità utile.

aumenterei gli psicologi, toglierei 3 fisio, via i medici se non hai infortunati

intanto però dopo gli stupri ti sei fatto due promozioni in quei 6 mesi :p

mi sono anche dimenticato di dirgli che ha poche specialità in generale (tipo solo 1 colpitore di testa!!!) e gli manca pure un tiratore...

se però uno fosse disposto a mandare in culo la stagione allora son soldi che entrano a vendere tutti col mercato alto e fare skill trading fino a fine stagione. poi in pausa coi soldi e il mercato basso si fa uno squadrone :sisi:

Io rifonderei subito, visto che adesso i prezzi sono alti si riescono a fare buoni affari per le vendite......meglio una stagione di skill trading che 3 con una squadra incompleta e senza riuscire a vincere.
si dopo le mie rifondazioni la mia squadra sta facendo bene eheheheh e questo e' merito vostro ragazzi !!!!!!

Come allenamento in VI abbandona (visto che rifondi) regia e scegli tra difesa attacco o cross. Lo staff devi tenerti il minimo indispensabile per sopravvivere così' riduci i costi, i ragazzi ti diranno esattamente chi licenziare e chi tenere nel tuo staff.

per allenare scegli quello che vuoi, io magari fino a fine stagione continuerei anche con parate. poi al limite cambi allenamento per la prossima stagione.

se vuoi provare a salvarti vendi tutti, compri vecchissimi a poco prezzo nei ruoli dove non alleni e fai st coi portieri.
