Ciao :) Inizia presentandoti qua http://www.htita.it/forumdisplay.php?7-Presentazioni-e-regolamento :) Hai scelto il posto giusto dove chiedere, c'è gente che ne sa tantissimo qua!! Aspettando loro inizio a darti una prima valutazione io :P

- Allenatore e staff per me sono OK
- Portiere: non un fenomeno ma credo possa andare
- Difensori: secondarie bassotte. Eviterei di prendere giovani come Straus e Susina se non li alleni. Costano di più e hanno meno esperienza.
- CC: per me possono andare.
- Ali: una sola ala vera, ne prenderei una seconda.
- Attaccanti: vanno bene

Osservazioni:
- Un grande difetto è che non hai praticamente nessun giocatore con specialità utili. Questo pesa sia a livello di rendimento che sul mercato (specialmente per ali e attaccanti).
- Hai postato solo 11 giocatori, nelle amichevoli non alleni?
- Riguardo all'allenamento io lascerei stare passaggi e mi concentrerei su una primaria (attacco e regia vanno benissimo). Se alleni una secondaria (come passaggi) devi acquistare giocatori già formati in altre skill e quindi costano parecchio. Una primaria richiede un investimento molto più contenuto :)
- Ultimo piccolo consiglio, non focalizzarti mai su un solo modulo, ma tienine routinati vari in modo da poter scegliere il migliore in base all'avversario che affronti. Per la scelta del modulo decidi quali usare in base a cosa alleni, in modo da non perdere slot di allenamento (ad esempio se alleni attacco gioca sempre con il tridente, mentre se alleni regia con il CC a 5).

Se vuoi passare attacco potresti usare il 2-5-3 e il 3-4-3. Il primo modulo è molto usato perchè ti permette di avere un CC molto forte (e quindi tanto possesso) e un attacco in grado di concretizzare le azioni :) Con il 3-4-3 coprirai meglio, ma avrai meno possesso. Io li userei entrambi, scegliendo di volta in volta in base all'avversario :) Non cìè una tattica ottima da usare con il 2-5-3 o il 3-4-3, dipende dal'avversario. Ad esempio se giochi contro uno con difese laterali molto forti ma difesa centrale più bassa può essere una buona scelta giocare AIM (attacco al centro). Oltretutto se usi sempre lo stesso modulo e la stessa tattica diventerai prevedibile e sarà facile "prenderti le misure" e approfittare dei tuoi punti deboli ;)

Se scegli di allenare attacco prenderei giovani allenandi (per le skill magari vediamo se c'è qualcuno in grado di consigliarti meglio, io non ho mai allenato attacco). Negli altri ruoli io prediligo avere giocatori più vecchi, sui 28-32 anni o anche qualcosa in più (se non sono bassi di forma e resistenza), costano molto meno e rendono meglio.

mi stuzzicava già l'idea, ma lo vedevo come un modulo un pò più complicato da gestire! ci proverò!
inizierò con il vendere Sotaniemi che ha la primaria più bassa :/ ...oppure uno tra Susina o Straus?
Per poi vendere anche Barbier e comprarmi una punta giovane da allenare!!!
Chiaramente la mia squadra non è competitiva per andare avanti in coppa, quindi pensavo di far giocare gli allenandi lì... lasciandola un pò andare...tu che dici?

Io prima penserei agli allenandi, poi agli altri giocatori ;)

Qualunque cosa tu scelga di allenare devi avere 2 gruppi di allenandi, uno per il campionato e l'altro per la coppa o l'amichevole. Tipo se alleni attacco dovrai avere 6 allenandi, 3 giocheranno al sabato e 3 al martedì. In questo modo massimizzi i guadagni!!

Di per sè non è malaccio. Ma secondo me sul mercato ne trovi di meglio :)

Ecco a te. In ogni caso leggiti il manuale, lì è riportato tutto

- Portiere: può andare benissimo anche senza specialità. Prenderlo imprevedibile (con un po' di passaggi) sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta, ma vista la differenza di prezzo per ora te lo consiglio senza special.

- Difensore: il top è CdT (colpo di testa), può andare bene anche potente. Ad alcuni piace anche veloce (a me non molto). Ti sconsiglio imprevedibile (può avere SE negativo)

- CC: il top è pure qua CdT. Va anche bene potente. Evita l'imprevedibile

- Ala: il top è veloce e CdT. Va anche bene imprevedibile o tecnico

- Attaccante: veloce o CdT. Va anche bene imprevedibile

- Attaccante difensivo: tecnico o veloce. Va anche bene CdT o imprevedibile.

Guarigione veloce (rarissima) va bene in tutti i ruoli ma è (secondo me) non troppo utile.

Avere specialità giuste (o almeno non sbagliate :P ) è importante per due motivi:
- meteo: alcuni giocatori possono avere bonus/malus in base al meteo. Ad esempio un potente ha un bonus in difesa, regia e attacco con il maltempo e un malus in attacco e resistenza se fa caldo. Motivo per cui potente è una bella specialità per un difensore (che non usa attacco) e viceversa cattiva per un attaccante.

- Può generare SE (special events). Possono essere poritivi (ad esempio un'ala veloce può effettuare uno scatto e far nascere un'azione) o negativi (ad es un CC imprevedibile può perdere palla e regalare un'azione all'avversario). La probabilità che si verifichi un SE dipende dal possesso (più abbiamo possesso più è facile si verifichi un SE) e dal numero di specialisti.

P.s. Forse ti sembra un po' complicato. Ma tranquillo, appena ci prendi un po' la mano diventa molto più chiaro ;) E sul manuale c'è tutto :)
