per me i punti deboli sono Chella (regia 6/cross 13) e i due tecnici davanti che, con quel livello di attacco e soprattutto passaggi (per definirsi trequartisti dovrebbero avere almeno 15 in passaggi), in pratica non servono a molto.

purtroppo prendere un'ala migliore e due attaccanti da allenare in regia (magari non tecnici) con 2.5M la vedo decisamente mission impossible.
vendendo Chella e i due tecnici (direi che valgono circa 3M l'uno, giusto?) potresti alzare un po' le finanze e prendere un'ala un po' meglio e due attaccanti però anzianotti e non allenabili.

e poi dovresti anche pensare di iniziare sostituire un po' per volta tutti gli over 33
