gioco ad Hattrick da una stagione e mezza circa (30.07.2020) alleno difesa e ho bisogno di qualche consiglio da voi più esperti. Adoro il gioco e spero di potermi migliorare.

2) Alleni difesa quindi 10 allenandi, se non hai qualche giovane della rosa iniziale valido
3) Staff, 2 AA lvl minimo 4 e medico liv 3. Altro slot vuoto
4) Altri ruoli devi prendere giocatori esperti con skill adeguate, sei in VIII o VII?

Sono in VIII, ma a fine anno salgo.
Si, ho già fatto tutto ciò che hai scritto (mi sono informato girando su internet e altri forum), ora non so quando vendere e come eventualmente continuare l'allenamento.
mi spiego meglio, anzitutto avevo buoni giocatori da allenare in difesa e pertanto ho scelto quello, questi avranno alla fine di quest'anno un età compresa tra i 23 e i 25 anni.
1) Non so se continuare a fargli fare gli allenandi o no
2) non so se vendere allo scatto oppure tutti insieme a fine anno

Il vero problema è che sono tutti monoskill o quasi.
Tieni solo quelli in cui il rapporto/skill eta è decente. Venderei Cardellicchio, Faraon, Brugnera e Pirri.
I nuovi allenandi però li dovresti prendere un con skill come regia/cross più alta di difesa e allenare difesa in modo da creare un giocatore biskill.
Oltretutto pochissimi hanno specialità.
